Here are a few details of our IRA accounts:

• A flexible account, which allows deposits at any time, and no maturity date.
  
• For 2006, the maximum amount you may contribute is $4000 or 100% of earned income whichever is less. A $5000 (catch up) contribution is allowed for an individual age 50 and greater.
  
• Contributions may be made only if you are age 70 ½ or younger, and you have earned income for the current tax year.
  
• Please consult you tax advisor for retirement investment planning.

IRA RATE INFORMATION

• Frequency of rate changes: We may change the interest rate on your account every calendar quarter.
  
• Compounding frequency: Interest will be compounded on the last day of each calendar quarter.
  
• Crediting frequency: Interest will credited to your account on the last day of each calendar quarter.
